Refund Policy

Xskaliber EFT is billed monthly in advance at $397/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access through the period already paid for. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or early cancellation.

Xskaliber EFT performs periodic license validation against AWS to confirm an active subscription. Continued use of the product after your subscription has ended, without renewing, is a violation of the AWS Marketplace terms of use, and the product will restrict functionality once no active subscription is detected.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at support@xskaliber.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.
